About Us

Roxborough Plant & Construction Ltd (R.P.C.) has been trading since 2013. During this time, R.P.C. has grown from a small contracting company carrying out small refurbishing and plant hire contracts to today establishing itself as one of Northern Irelands leading new home building companies and now undertakes a range of small to large contracting work and development projects throughout the UK and Ireland. 

R.P.C. is a 100% family owned and managed, with Frank Curran at the helm as managing director. Frank has degree in building engineering and is currently working towards his NIBOSH health & Safety accessor qualification.  Franks brother, Fergus is a student engineer at University of Ulster and assists during his time off University. R.P.C. is also assisted by the guidance from John Curran, father of Frank and Fergus. John has vast and varied experience within the new homes and construction industry. Over his many years of experience, he has been involved in completing more than 500 homes throughtout Ireland. Keeping everyone organised and running the head office is Joan Curran, again part of the family team. Our close-knit team aims to provide a service which results in the highest quality of finish, on time and within budget

R.P.C. currently employs 60+ direct and sub-contractors who are all regarded to be part of the R.P.C. team

To assist is this continuing growth R.P.C. has a strong team of professional advisors such as; Michael McAllister at ASM accountants and Oliver Ross at Simmons McLaughlin & Orr Solicitors.

Frank and the team at R.P.C are focused to continue its strong growth and is aiming to delivering 50+ new homes each year and to establishing itself as a major contracting and property development company in the UK. 





At Roxborough plant & construction we aim to provide:

Endeavour to use ethically sourced materials and recycle materials were possible

Together with architects, engineers and suppliers we aim to choose materials and designs to try to keep the environmental impact of these buildings as low as possible

  • Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment
  • Ensure safe handling and use of substances
  • Provide information instruction and supervision for employees
  • Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training
  • Endeavour to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health issues
  • We aim to maintain safe and healthy working conditions
  • Review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

RPC welcome proposals to partners and developers with potential housing or commercial projects who wish to work in an open and transparent, trusting relationship.
